David Victor demonstrated careful thought and inventiveness in development of our Investor Center PHP code base and accompanying MySQL DB. He quickly grasped our requirements, documented them well and successfully built both the corporate site and the investor center site up from scratch. He also worked well with a difficult third party design firm and implemented the new look and feel utilizing only Power Point and Flash mockups provided by that firm.
